Maurice Nadjar

Maurice is a Consultant with Sapiance Capital Limited. He was a Deputy CEO of Rivage investment an alternative portfolio management and advisory firm with an expertise in European infrastructure debt, private debt and listed equities, an entrepreneurial asset manager with €3bln AUM. Previously Maurice was a Managing Director at Barclays Bank and Merrily Lynch, heading the Emerging Market trading desk supervising flow trading, running extensive proprietary trading books in equities, derivatives and managing a portfolio of structured private debt financing transactions. Maurice holds a Magistere and a Master in Finance from University Paris I Sorbonne.

Fabrice Berrebi

Fabrice has worked as an equity derivatives trader in Tokyo, Japan for Credit Lyonnais securities from 1994 to 1996 before heading CL securities UK equity derivatives trading team. He joined HSBC Investment Bank in 1998, as Head of Global Index Trading. He stayed there until 2002. At this point, he decided to take the opportunity to embark in the entrepreneurial venture of Sapiance. He co-founded Aeriance real estate lending platform on 2008 which invested over 1Bn€ in commercial real estate financing strategies. Since 2012 he has structured and managed over 300M£ of residential real estate transactions. Fabrice graduated from HEC business school in 1993, majoring in Finance.

Chika Le Bobinnec

Chika, during her career in investment banking, has developed a second-to-none expertise in designing and implementing procedures to allow the most demanding transactions to be executed as planned. Before joining Sapiance Capital, she was Head of the Equity Derivative Middle Office at BNP-Paribas Tokyo.  Her extensive product knowledge coupled with her impressive attention to details provide the ideal foundation for dealing with the challenges of business development. Since 1995, Chika holds a BA of the Aoyama-Gakuin University, majoring  in International Business, International Politics, Economics, and Business

Sarfati & Associates

European law firm specialised in international and cross-border banking and capital-market transactions and – more particularly – in structured and derivative products. The principal and owner has several years’ experience with major international investment banks such as ABN-AMRO London and Société Générale Paris. S&A has offices in France, Luxembourg and The Netherlands and is authorised to practice law in each of these jurisdictions as registered lawyers (member of the French, Dutch and Luxembourg bars). The team comprises 3 fully qualified lawyers and one business manager.
